We will email you once your order is ready to collect. Items can be ready to collect after 24 hours. If you’re needing your items same day please email us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Please note, we do not cover the cost of shipping to returns items. Earring are final sale/ non refundable. Due to hygiene reasons. If you are returning items, we advise that you track your return as we are not liable for any parcels lost within the postal service. Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of us receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary. Refund will always be processed to the original payment method.
